How Cannabis Made Me a Better Mom

by Diana Sanmiguel

When the world shut down in 2020, my life as a mom turned upside down. I went from a few hours a day with my kids to round-the-clock parenting, all while trying to keep my business afloat and my sanity intact. Something had to give.

That’s when I found CBD—not as a trend, but as a tool for coping with the unknown and showing up more fully for my kids. What started as a way to calm my nerves has grown into a deeper approach to motherhood: mindful, honest, and free of shame.

And I’m not alone. Across the country, more moms are choosing cannabis as part of their wellness journey—and we're doing it unapologetically.

✨ We're not just breaking the stigma. We're rewriting the rules.
